If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Damaged items

Email us with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.

Wrong item

Contact us with your order number and we’ll get the right piece out to you as quickly as we can.
